How I am funding my farm (without a trust fund)
I didn't inherit familial wealth, a trust fund, or by some crazy chance, win the lottery last year. I found myself pivoting into agriculture unexpectedly after doing this for a decade.
No, I didn’t inherit family wealth that’s been passed down from generation to generation. And no, I didn’t win the lottery or open an OnlyFans profile. I am funding my farm the old fashioned way… based on nothing but my hard work from the age of 22 to today (I am 32). I am going off of the funds my prior business earned me, while supplementing with different in-person and online side hustle streams as we speak.
I witnessed financial mismanagement in my family at a young age (my father), which lit a fire in me to seek out information related to saving, wealth management, and ‘making your money work for you.’ I sought out this information by the time I turned 21 as a way to protect myself from the chaos on the paternal side of my family.
Therefore, allow me to share more about myself, who I am, and how I made a very dramatic career pivot in 2022 after losing my home in Florida to Hurricane Ian.
